Method of Payment:  The Sheep Shack accepts cash and personal checks (with valid driver's license). Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted.

Return Policy: Sale items, special orders, patterns, books, notions and needles are FINAL SALE. Regularly priced yarns, bags, needle cases, and baskets may be returned with original receipt for store credit within 90 days of purchase.  Goods must be in sellable condition, unused, unopened, original labels intact and free from smoke and/or pet hair.  The Sheep Shack retains the right to refuse the return of any item if the above conditions are not met.

Gift Certificates:  Are available in any denomination.

Knitting Class Refund Policy: A 75% refund will be given if cancellation occurs prior to the registration deadline. Refunds are not given if cancellation occurs after the registration deadline.

Materials For Workshops:  Must be purchased at The Sheep Shack unless otherwise stated.

The Sheep Shack is proud to offer our customers an aggressive rewards program.  Customers can register at the store by providing name and email address (optional).  Once in the computer, a customer provides his/her name upon checkout and once $250 is reached, a 25% off reward is issued.

Rewards are non-transferable, expire 30 days after issue, and can be used on in-stock, non-sale items (higher discount will prevail), excluding needles.   Expired rewards will NOT be honored.  Purchases made prior to entrance into the rewards program are not eligible. 

Customers may opt out at any time.  The Sheep Shack reserves the right to discontinue the rewards program at any time.

From Route 2:

• Take exit for I 190, Worcester.
• From I 190, Exit 3, West Mountain St. Turn right. (West Mountain St. becomes Doyle Rd. in Holden.) Continue to light and turn left onto Shrewsbury St.
• West on Shrewsbury St. and bear right onto Route 122A, Main St.
• You will pass the brick State Police Barracks and then McDonald's will be on your right
• Travel approximately .5 miles north on Main Street (Route 122A) to The Sheep Shack on your left at 787 Main Street located alongside the Bagel Inn and Honey Farms.

From the East:

• Take I-495 to Exit 29B - Route 2 West, Leominster-Fitchburg
• Take exit marked I-190 North to Worcester
• This is approximately 10-12 miles on Route 2
• Take Exit 5 - Route 140 - W. Boylston/Mount Wachusett
• Bear right at the end of the ramp onto Route 140
• Go straight approximately 0.2 mi. until you come to lights
• Take a left onto Legg Road, an access road
• Go to the end and take a right onto Manning Street -- You are now in Holden
• Go approximately 2 miles on Manning Street until the road ends
• Take a left onto Wachusett Street - Route 31 South
• Stay on this road approximately 2 miles until you reach the center of Holden and are at the intersection of Routes 31 and 122A at a set of traffic lights
• Turn left onto Rt 122A South
• The Sheep Shack is approximately 1 mile on your right at 787 Main street alongside the Bagel Inn and Honey Farms.

From the West:

• Exit Mass. Pike in Auburn onto I-290
• Follow I-290 through Worcester onto I-190 North
• Take Exit 5 - Route 140 - W. Boylston/Mount Wachusett
• Bear left at the end of the ramp onto Route 140
• Go straight approximately 0.2 mi. until you come to lights
• Take a left onto Legg Road, an access road

• Leave I-190 North via Exit 2 (Ararat Street - Holden - Greendale); Norton Company will be on your right
• Go straight through the set of lights on the long exit ramp and take a left at the second set of lights at the end of the exit ramp onto West Mountain Street
• Proceed up the hill for approximately 1.3 miles
• At the end of West Mountain Street, take a left at the lights onto Shrewsbury Street
• You will go by Mountview School (a brick structure with a long driveway and a gate in the courtyard)
• After .8 mile, bear right at the lights onto Main Street (Route 122A
• You will pass the brick State Police Barracks and then McDonald's will be on your right
• Travel approximately .5 miles north on Main Street (Route 122A) to The Sheep Shack on your left at 787 Main Street located alongside the Bagel Inn and Honey Farms.
